New Hambidge Staff Members

Dominique David is a multi-disciplinary artist, educator, and event strategist born and based in metro Atlanta. They hold a bachelor's in Communications from the University of Southern California. With over 5 years of organizational experience across multiple creative sectors and agile skills honed by the tech startup world, Dominique is deeply committed to generating safe spaces for creative vulnerability and exploration through strategic event planning and project management.  As a movement artist, photographer, poet, and potter, their artistic practice is deeply rooted in the intersection of nature, body, and homeplace, exploring how these elements reflect memory and identity. Dominique is excited to bring their passion for the intersection of art and nature with their diverse professional tool belt to the Hambidge team as the new Program and Special Projects Manager and continue the legacy of fostering creative expression. 

Jac Kuntz Goldsmith is an arts writer and communications professional. She joins the team at Hambidge after eight years at Georgia State’s Ernest G. Welch School of Art and Design. Kuntz graduated with an MA in Art Journalism from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She also holds a BA in Psychology and a BFA in Painting with a minor concentration in Art History from Clemson University. She has experience working in contemporary galleries, academia, and non-profit publications doing communications, digital media, and event programming. As a freelance journalist, art critic, and copy editor, she focuses on the thriving visual arts scene of Atlanta and the greater South. She has written for Art Papers, BURNAWAY, Arts ATL, Number Inc. (Nashville), New City (Chicago), and Coca-Cola, among others.

Rachel DiMenichi is a skilled carpenter and project manager with a diverse background in construction, hospitality, and event planning. With over two decades of experience in hospitality and business management in Atlanta, she transitioned into the construction industry, where she thrives as a carpenter, handywoman, and all-around problem solver. She has contributed to historic restoration projects and preserving architectural details. Beyond construction, Rachel has a passion for organization and efficiency. Her experience managing large-scale events, kitchens, and workshops makes her a natural leader in any project she takes on. She’s also an active content creator, sharing her hands-on experiences and expertise on her YouTube channel, DiMenichi’s Doing Things. When she’s not on a job site, Rachel enjoys working on a multi-family housing settlement project in North Carolina, where she’s developing sustainable housing solutions.

Abe Loveland is a native of Rabun County. With plans someday to become a field hydrologist, he is excited to join our team as our Facilities & Grounds Assistant. When not on the Hambidge Campus, Abe loves skateboarding, making music and spending time with his friends.
