WORKSHOPS ROOM & BOARD

ANTINORI VILLAGE
To make the most of our immersive workshop experiences, workshop attendees stay at the Antinori Village and take meals together in the gorgeous natural setting of the Bunnen Commons.

An architecturally beautiful cluster of buildings nestled into our forested landscape, the Antinori Village features eight guest rooms, a communal workshop and dining space, with decks, covered porches and outdoor spaces.

Three meals per day are provided: a self-serve continental breakfast, and communal lunches and dinners. Dietary allergies and restrictions are accommodated, if at all possible.

Accessibility: The Antinori Village buildings are positioned on a steep slope with concrete stairs and gravel walkways connecting the guest rooms, Bunnen Commons, and pottery facility. All guest rooms – except the ADA-accessible Dogtrot Room – require climbing several steps to access.

ROOMS
Room fees cover a private room in the Antinori Village. Meals are included in Workshop Fees.
Each guest room holds a queen-sized bed, small desk and chair, plus a beautiful private view.

DOGTROTS

3 Dogtrot Rooms have en suite bathrooms.

1 Dogtrot Room offers ADA accessibility, as well as an en suite bathroom.

* A dogtrot is a style of house that was common throughout the Southeast during the 19th and early 20th centuries, consisting of two rooms connected by a an open-ended breezeway, all under the same roof. In the pre-air conditioning era, this allowed breezes to be diverted into the living spaces, and dogs also took the opportunity to trot through. Hambidge Dogtrots were inspired by this tradition, but our buildings do have air conditioning and don't have dogs.

THE LODGE

4 Lodge Rooms have en suite half-baths with two shared showers.

Room Sharing
Two workshop attendees may share a Dogtrot Room with the additional purchase of the Room Share Option. Since this means sharing a queen-size bed, this option is only for friends or partners who are both attending the workshop. Room Sharing is only permitted with the reservation of a Dogtrot Room.

LOCAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS
We offer limited workshop spots for our local community members who eat meals with the other attendees, but return home each night instead of staying in the Antinori Village. Please note that shared meals are a part of the workshop experience and community members are expected to join all provided meals.
