About the Workshop
Experience the autumn beauty of Appalachia with a weekend of meditation by Our Mindful Nature podcast host, Meryl Arnett and nature therapy guide Lady Eve of Singing Pines Forest Bathing. This laid-back retreat will offer stillness and space for listening with optional excursions to explore the wilderness of North Georgia. Spend your mornings in guided meditation and immersive nature gatherings, with afternoons free to journal, walk the land, or recuperate the body. In the evenings, our small cohort will gather for a dusk meditation, enjoy nourishing meals on-site, and engage in conversation about what it means to listen deeply.
